Easy-Brie-zy Baked Cranberry Brie

I love it when guests drop by my house for a visit. 
I love it even more when I have a few beers to share, along with handy ingredients to whip together a yummy appetizer quickly, looking like I slaved in the kitchen all afternoon.
Trust me, I love any excuse to wear an apron and rarely slave away in the kitchen… because I savor recipes like this!!
The following recipe can be put together in 5 minutes, and served 15 minutes later!
Baked Cranberry Brie
1 can of Crescent dough
If you’re fancy and have puff pastry in your fridge, that works too. 2 cups of Cranberry Chutney, or your favorite jam
8-12 oz Brie
1 egg yolk
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Roll out the sheet of dough onto a pan lined in parchment paper. 
Slice Brie in half as shown:
Lay bottom half of brie onto dough and distribute the cranberry chutney evenly.
Place top half of brie on top, like a sandwich.
Fold the dough around the brie & cranberry, sealing the cheese & fruit within the dough.
Spread egg yolk over your creation.
Bake in oven for 13-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Slice, serve and savor the Ooos & Aahs!!
